Waitlist privacy notice

Who we are

RemoDiag is a Digital Garage product by Gallasek Technology & Engineering. We decide what happens with the details you leave on the waitlist. You can reach us at support@remodiag.com.

What we keep

• Your email address, and whether you joined as a driver or as a mechanic or workshop.
• If you are a driver and chose to tell us, your car's make, model and year.
• If you are a mechanic and chose to tell us, what you wrote about your experience.
• When you signed up, which page you signed up on, and which version of this notice you were shown.

To stop the same network from flooding the form, our server counts signups per internet address over ten minutes, and its logs record that address. The address is not stored with your signup.

Why we keep it

Drivers: to email you when the beta for drivers is ready. Mechanics and workshops: to contact you about joining the mechanic network. Car details help us decide which cars to support first. We do this because you asked us to, by joining the list.

We send no newsletters and no advertising, and we do not sell or share the list.

Where it is kept, and who sees it

The list is stored on RemoDiag's own server, hosted by Railway in the European Union. Only RemoDiag administrators can open it. Our hosting providers process it on our behalf and nothing more.

How long

We keep your details until the beta invitation has gone out, or until the mechanic network has contacted you, and delete the list after that. If you ask us to remove you sooner, we do.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@remodiag.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
